We’re seeking an Associate Commercial Counsel who drafts, reviews, and negotiates a high-volume caseload of technology and commercial agreements, operating end-to-end with AI-native workflows and senior attorneys.

This role emphasizes spotting material risks, moving deals forward, and building real judgment under guidance, with opportunities for ownership as you grow.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in the United States (U.S.-barred).
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating high-volume technology and commercial agreements.
• Strong business acumen with ability to explain complex terms to non-lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high-volume caseload of technology and commercial agreements (SaaS, licensing, vendor, partnerships).
• Use AI-native workflows to speed drafting while maintaining quality.
• Advise clients on commercial risk and contract strategy, translating legal concepts for business teams.
• Grow in ownership and autonomy with mentorship from senior counsel.
