Job summary

You will translate network strategy and regulatory requirements into actionable contracting solutions and maintain a proactive contract pipeline. The role requires 8+ years in managed care contracting, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams while balancing member access and cost

Qualifications

• 8+ years in managed care, healthcare contracting or network strategy.
• Experience negotiating complex provider agreements with hospitals and medical groups.
• Ability to lead staff and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute contracting strategies across medical groups, hospitals and health systems.
• Lead negotiations for new contracts and renewals with strategic partners.
• Develop and mentor a high-performance contract management team.
• Represent the Health Plan in provider meetings and strategic partnerships.
