This role requires at least 6 years of full lifecycle contracting experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex contracts while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience managing the full provider contracting lifecycle.
• Experience in data analysis and understanding payment rates.
• Strong project leadership and risk management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and contract language skills.
• Ability to communicate with providers and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of managed care contracting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide provider contracting activities from opportunity to final execution.
• Manage reimbursement and financial evaluations.
• Lead negotiations within established parameters.
• Develop contracting work plans and maintain documentation.
• Escalate matters when terms exceed parameters or present risk.
• Provide expert advice to business units on contracting topics.
• Create reports and presentations on status of contracting responsibilities.
