Job summary

SECU in Raleigh, NC seeks a Senior CLM Analyst to support Contract Lifecycle Management across the Contracts team. You will log, analyze, and monitor agreements, administer contract records, configure workflows, and provide user support within the CLM platform.

The role collaborates with VP – Contract Administration, develops reports and metrics, supports software upgrades, and maintains system documentation while protecting confidential information in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contracts or CLM.
• Four-year degree from an accredited college or university.
• Excellent reading and language comprehension with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Knowledge of financial institution systems and processes.
• Highest level of integrity and objectivity.
• Ability to adapt to changing departmental demands.
• Dedication to SECU philosophy and work ethic.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to speak English fluently.
• Ability to collaborate with coworkers and vendors cordially.

Responsibilities

• Log, analyze, and monitor agreements to identify trends, issues, and improvements.
• Administer and maintain contract records, system configurations, workflows, users, groups, roles, and permissions.
• Configure and optimize workflows, reports, dashboards, and other CLM functionalities.
• Provide user support for CLM platform.
• Develop and maintain reports and metrics for operations and management.
• Support software upgrades, testing, implementations, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and best practices.
• Understand and utilize SECU’s contract management software and adapt to changes.
• Collaborate with the VP – Contract Administration to implement changes.
• Handle special projects and maintain confidentiality.
