Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of experience in contracts or CLM.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong reading, language comprehension, and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Log, track, and maintain contract records in the CLM system.
• Maintain contract artifacts, redlines, and executed agreements.
• Assist with user support and routine CLM issues.
• Create and manage CLM users, groups, permissions, and roles.
• Generate standard reports and metrics for operations and management.
