Twelve is a next-generation industrial company advancing how everyday products are made. The Senior Contract Specialist leads day-to-day administration of EPC, EPCM, construction, subcontract, and major service agreements for complex capital projects.

You will interface with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal, HSE, and contractors to ensure obligations and notices are timely, and that changes, claims, and closeouts are managed with commercial discipline.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law.
• 20+ years of progressive contract administration or 4+ very complex projects.
• Experience administering EPC, EPCM, construction and major services contracts in oil & gas or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms, risk allocation, and closeout requirements.
• Ability to manage change orders, notices, claims, and final account settlements.
• Experience with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction phases.
• Proficiency in ERP, CLM, procurement, and project controls systems.

Aufgaben

• Develop and administer contract development and administration processes.
• Management of complex contracts from award through closeout, including changes and claims.
• Review terms, deliverables, payment provisions, insurance, and warranties.
• Maintain contract records, logs, and audit-ready documentation.
• Lead contract change administration including evaluations and approvals.
• Support entitlement analysis for contractor claims and disputes.
• Coordinate with Project Controls, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and HSE.
• Validate contractor invoices, progress payments, and milestones against contracts.
• Ensure compliance with commercial terms, notices, and site requirements.
• Prepare and manage formal correspondence and notices in coordination with Legal.
• Drive closeout with final accounts, lien releases, and warranties.
