Job summary

Blue Energy seeks an experienced EPC Contracts Lead to manage contracts from cradle to grave, protecting the company’s commercial position on major power/industrial projects. You will guide pre-award negotiations, audit cost books, and oversee post-award administration including change orders and notices.

You will lead claims, disputes, and final accounts, and supervise the Contracts Administrator while reporting to the Director of Contracts and coordinating with the project delivery team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction contracts management across major capital projects.
• Experience managing EPC commercial models and complex claim handling.
• Degree in law, engineering, commerce, or quantity surveying.

Responsibilities

• Manage EPC contracts cradle to grave; challenge costs and protect position.
• Lead pre-award stage gate negotiations and cost book audits.
• Post-award administration: assess changes, track budgets, manage notices.
• Own change orders, negotiate, maintain registers; manage claims and disputes.
• Lead final account negotiation and supervise Contracts Administrator.
