Quanta Power Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Specialist to support contract administration, commercial operations, and risk management for EPC projects across power generation, renewables, and infrastructure markets.

The role collaborates with Contracts Management, Legal, Procurement, Project Management, Operations, Finance, and leadership to ensure contractual compliance and successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Finance, Legal Studies, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Administer customer contracts, subcontracts, purchase agreements, consulting agreements, and vendor contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Review contract documents to identify key commercial terms, obligations, deliverables, and risk areas.
• Maintain contract files, contract logs, and commercial documentation.
• Support contract execution and ensure required approvals are obtained.
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and reporting requirements.
• Assist with contract closeout activities and final documentation.
