Job summary

Parr Lumber Company in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Senior Contract Billing Coordinator to oversee Single Line Billing for PO customers, ensuring invoices match agreed pricing and are reconciled promptly.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with Sales, AMT, and other departments. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with experience in building materials and proficiency in ERP, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in the building material industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Typing speed 40+ WPM; strong math skills.
• English language written and spoken required.

Responsibilities

• Set up internal and external jobs for all Single Line Billing accounts.
• Ensure Billing Sheets are properly completed and submitted.
• Track billing dates and reconcile PO amounts with billed amounts.
• Submit true-up amounts to the AMT group as needed.
• Facilitate billing to external customer accounts and coordinate with CSR and Sales.
• Maintain quarterly reporting of rebates and support SSA program.
• Support Sales Managers with administrative tasks and process improvements.
• Train and develop subordinate Contract Billing Coordinators.
