The role emphasizes relationship building, accurate order entry, and using PLC selling strategies to meet sales goals. Excellent communication and Excel/Outlook skills are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building materials and/or construction industry required.
• Strong communication skills both through phone and email.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with customers.
• Must operate PC, smartphone, scanner and related equipment.
• Ability to type 40+ WPM and use ten-key by touch.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; English literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate deliveries.
• Manage project plans and timelines with customers.
• Maintain customer profiles and order details in CRM/Outlook.
• Communicate delivery status and changes with customers and dispatch.
