Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in the building material industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be able to type 40+ WPM.
• Mathematically proficient.
• Ability to speak, write, and read English required.
• Knowledge of retail and contractor sales principles, practices, and protocols.
• Knowledge of dimension lumber, panel products, and other building materials.
• Strong organizational, planning, focus, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities, multiple projects, deadlines, and changing business conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up internal and external jobs for all Single Line Billing accounts
• Ensure Billing Sheets are properly completed
• Track billing dates
• Reconcile internal-account billing amounts against job PO amounts
• Submit required true-up amounts to the AMT group
• Facilitate billing to external customer accounts
• Work with CSR and Sales Coordinators on job setup, roof load delivery dates, and PO variances
• Track closed Contract Billed jobs and provide monthly profitability and sales recaps for the RSM and Director
• Utilize ERP, Outlook, and Excel
• Assist the AMT team with variances and reconciliations
• Work with Contractor Sales Representatives, Sales Coordinators, AMT, Regional Sales Managers, Directors, and other departments
• Facilitate training and development of Contract Billing Coordinators
• Work with Sales Managers and teams on process improvements
• Process quarterly customer rebate reporting
• Facilitate the monthly Supplier Support Agreement program
• Support Sales Managers with administrative tasks
• Perform other related duties as assigned
