Job summary

PARR is a leading supplier of homebuilding materials and services in the United States, focused on Legendary Service. The Lumber Sales Coordinator role supports the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and assisting with construction schedules, reporting to the Division Sales Manager.

You will interact daily with customers, managers, and vendor reps, maintain CRM records, and help ensure timely deliveries and accurate pricing.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction sales or supplier environments preferred.
• Ability to write quotes and process orders with accuracy.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Prepare quotes and process orders; coordinate deliveries.
• Support sales initiatives and ensure timely material shipments.
• Maintain customer profiles in CRM and Outlook.
• Collaborate with dispatch to avoid overpromising deliveries.
