Job summary

Indiana Public Retirement System in Indianapolis is seeking a Senior Content and Training Designer to develop high-quality, plain-language training content using ADDIE and the Four-Step PR process.

You will interview stakeholders, craft curricula across organizational and job-role levels, and collaborate with the Director of Organizational Training and Development to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications/English/Journalism or related field.
• 8+ years drafting and proofreading marketing materials and public relations written communication.
• 8+ years hands-on experience in communication and publication management and production with team workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop training curricula using the Four-Step Public Relations Process and ADDIE model.
• Interview stakeholders to develop content supporting all training facets.
• Collaborate with Organizational Training and Development team on decks, manuals, tests, and templates.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust content based on feedback and metrics.
• Maintain dashboards/tracking for progress and compliance.
• Manage long-term training content calendars and content updates.
