Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or related experience.
• 8+ years drafting and proofreading marketing materials and public relations communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, plain-language training content using ADDIE and Four-Step PR processes.
• Interview stakeholders and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Manage content development projects, timelines, and governance.
• Maintain dashboards to track progress and compliance.
• Create presentation decks, instructional materials, tests/quizzes, and manuals.
