The Learning & Development (L&D) Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining engaging training content, learning programs, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support employee performance, engagement, and professional growth. This role partners closely with Learning & Development leadership, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and cross-functional teams to create instructor‑led, blended, and eLearning solutions while driving SOP creation, adoption, and continuous improvement throughout the organization
