Job summary

Populus Financial Group seeks a Senior Instructional Designer to lead training content development for ACE/Populus. You will facilitate learning sessions, oversee materials for Field and Corporate staff, and create new programs while enhancing existing ones.

You’ll ensure instructional integrity and measurable outcomes using ADDIE, Gagne’s events, and Bloom’s taxonomy. You will manage the LMS, design scalable learning solutions, and work with SMEs to align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360/Storyline.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of training content.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to translate needs into learning solutions.
• Ensure instructional integrity and measurable outcomes across programs.
• Manage end-to-end design process with attention to quality and timelines.
• Align content with SOPs and organizational standards.
