Job summary

PixelSpoke is seeking a Sr. Content Strategist to own and shape the content discipline across client projects. You’ll define strategy, establish processes, manage a bench of writers, and ensure quality across website copy and UX writing.

You will also lead WordPress CMS activities, collaborate with design in Figma, and train clients on content processes to scale our services responsibly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a content or creative function, including sourcing, developing, and managing writers or contractors.
• Strong writing and editing background; UX copywriting is a plus.
• Ability to build structure, standards, and processes in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy for client website projects, including IA input and UX writing standards.
• Source, vet, onboard, and manage freelance content contractors; schedule invoicing and maintain quality.
• Set and run QA for content deliverables across redesigns and retainers; file bug tickets as needed.
• Lead WordPress CMS admin demos for prospective clients and train clients on the admin area.
• Collaborate with design in Figma to align content with design intent before handoff.
• Scope content timelines with Client Services andUX at project kickoff; train clients on processes.
• Build and document content function processes and standards; create first-time systems.
• Identify content-related opportunities for clients, such as content audits or conversion optimization.
