Qualifications

• 5+ years in content strategy or related discipline with ownership of strategy.
• Experience auditing content and building information architecture for complex sites.
• Familiarity with WordPress content structures and block editing.
• Ability to write in plain language for a general public audience.
• Understanding of Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA as applied to content.
• Experience running workshops with non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong writing and communication to translate research into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy engagements from discovery through launch.
