Job summary

Medallia is seeking a Content Strategy professional to shape long-term narratives and scalable content systems across campaigns, regions, and audiences. You will create derivative content for multiple channels, while ensuring alignment with strategic narratives and customer stories.

The role requires 4+ years in content marketing/strategy, strong writing skills, and hands-on experience with generative AI tools to accelerate planning and activation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, integrated marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.
• Proven track record creating long-form thought leadership, blogs, webinars, customer stories, and campaign assets.
• Experience adapting and repurposing content across channels, audiences, and stages of the buyer journey.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term content strategies that maximize value and longevity of narratives.
• Create and optimize derivative content for different audiences, channels, and formats.
