Job summary

SPS Commerce, a leader in cloud-based supply chain management, seeks a Sr. Content Marketing Strategist to drive content strategy and execution. You will partner with AI engineers, marketing leadership, and a team of creators to shape a compelling content vision for core audiences and multi-channel campaigns.

The ideal candidate is a builder and teacher, mentoring writers, and advancing content initiatives from concept to publication while leveraging AI tools to increase speed and impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, journalism, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, editing, and storytelling across formats.
• Experience in retail, supply chain, or retail technology; familiarity with retailers/brands.
• Curiosity about AI and experience experimenting with new tools/workflows.
• Proven ability to lead content initiatives independently and present to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to design content strategies for key audiences and full-funnel marketing.

Responsibilities

• Design content plans for key audiences, initiatives, or programs, coordinating internal and external experts to produce high-quality, multi-channel content.
• Advise partners on content approach and channel strategy, in partnership with marketing and leadership.
• Shape thought leadership themes with SMEs to create blogs, webinars, and other assets.
• Leverage AI tools to increase velocity and value from planning to publishing.
• Lead new content initiatives from planning through execution with early proof points.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to prototype and refine AI-assisted content workflows.
