Hiya seeks a Senior Content Strategist to own how we reach, engage, and convert buyers across markets. You will lead strategy and craft, writing and editing key pieces that matter, collaborating with product marketing, sales, and demand generation to turn insights into content that moves pipeline.

As a senior individual contributor, you’ll shape content for humans and machines, build an AI-native engine, and drive discoverability.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years in content strategy or content marketing (senior individual contributor)
• Proven track record building full-funnel content programs that generate demand and pipeline
• Excellent hands-on writing and editing across long-form, technical and promotional copy
• Solid grounding in SEO fundamentals and discoverability (structure, keywords, internal linking)
• Hands-on use of AI to improve content quality and speed
• Multi-market, localized, or regulated content experience

Aufgaben

• Set Hiya's content strategy across the full funnel, grounded in customer and sales insight, product positioning, and search/AI-driven discovery.
• Write and edit Hiya's pillar content, including the annual State of the Call survey; own long-form reports and cornerstone web pages.
• Improve findability and citability in collaboration with Web Manager and GTM Engineering; structure content for discovery across search and AI engines.
• Build an AI-native content engine with briefs, drafting, localization, editorial standards, refresh cycles, and scalable workflows.
• Create promotional assets (email, organic social, paid copy) and optimize for message, voice, and clarity.
• Report on content performance and its impact on pipeline; share results and direction with marketing leadership using tools like Asana.
