Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8+ years in content strategy, digital marketing, or creative operations with focus on performance.
• Proven track record in platform-specific content strategies and cross-functional projects.
• Ability to leverage data and insights to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end content strategies across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with Media Planning, Creative Insights, and Influencer teams to optimize deployment.
• Drive AI-enabled workflows and ensure accurate metadata and asset tagging.
• Lead content rotation plans, asset maps, and format requirements for each channel.
• Measure and optimize content performance to improve engagement and conversions.
