Job summary

WPP Unite seeks an operational and strategic driver of end-to-end content deployment, ensuring creative across national media, retail media, and eCommerce is planned, adapted, and delivered to maximize effectiveness.

You will translate content strategy into calendars and asset maps, partnering with Creative Insights, Media Planning, Influencer and Creative Adaptation teams, to build an agile, test-ready content engine for Beauty & Wellbeing brands.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
• 6–8+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or creative operations.
• Proven track record in developing platform-specific content strategies and managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Full-Funnel Content Planning & Deployment across national media, retail media, and eCommerce.
• Cross-Functional Integration with Media Planning, Influencer, Creative Insights, and Creative Adaptation teams.
• Performance-Led Creative Optimization leveraging data and platform signals.
• Workflow, Tooling & AI-Enabled Efficiency to support AI workflows and metadata accuracy.
• Brand Partnership as the content deployment expert for assigned brands and coordinating with partners.
