Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in content operations, marketing operations, creative project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end content workflows, campaign operations, and digital asset management processes.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end content operations, workflow governance, and stakeholder alignment.
• Establish scalable processes that improve content planning, production, approval, and distribution.
• Partner with marketing, creative, and operational teams to ensure efficient content delivery across channels.
• Design and deliver training programs, onboarding initiatives, and learning journeys for adoption of new tools and capabilities.
• Evaluate content supply chains and asset management processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
• Facilitate operational reviews, planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings to translate strategy into actionable plans.
