Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in content operations, marketing operations, or creative project management.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end content workflows, digital asset management systems, and multi-channel campaign ops.

Responsibilities

• Learning Journey Strategy & Delivery: Design, structure, and execute learning journeys to onboard and upskill cross-functional teams on new content capabilities.
• Content Operations & Workflow Management: Lead end-to-end content workflow strategy and governance with cross-functional alignment.
• Process Optimization & Systemic Efficiency: Identify opportunities to simplify approvals and speed time-to-market.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Facilitation: Lead operational forums and translate high-level requirements into action plans.
• Change Management & Enablement: Deliver training and documentation for new content tools and AI-enabled practices.
