Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager for Content Excellence in South San Francisco.

Hybrid work arrangement combines on-site collaboration with remote planning and execution within the CMO, to drive high-impact content initiatives. You will lead learning journeys and end-to-end content workflows, enabling cross-functional teams to adopt new content tools and guidelines. This role requires strong program management, change leadership, and familiarity with AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in content operations, marketing operations, or creative project management.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end content workflows, digital asset management systems, and multi-channel campaign ops.
• Strong understanding of commercial marketing processes in pharma/biotech (e.g., MLR/PRC review).
• Experience with enterprise CMS/DAM platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault, Adobe Experience Manager).
• Expertise in Agile marketing, creative agency workflows, and AI-enabled content tools.

Responsibilities

• Learning Journey Strategy & Delivery: design and deliver learning journeys to onboard and upskill cross-functional teams on new content capabilities and guidelines.
• Content Operations & Workflow Management: provide end-to-end content workflow governance across stakeholders.
• Process Optimization & Systemic Efficiency: diagnose opportunities and design scalable efficiencies for faster speed-to-market.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Facilitation: lead forums and translate high-level requirements into actionable plans.
• Change Management & Enablement: deliver training and documentation to support adoption of new content tools and practices, including generative AI.
