The role leads operational frameworks, content supply chains, and high-quality execution across the marketing organization. As the Content Excellence team rolls out modern capabilities, you will guide teams through learning journeys, remove cross-functional friction, drive system adoption, and ensure content initiatives deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in content operations, marketing operations or creative PM.
• End-to-end content workflows and DAM experience required.
• Strong stakeholder influence without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; facilitation skills.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver learning journeys to onboard cross-functional teams.
• Lead content workflow strategy and governance across stakeholders.
• Diagnose and implement scalable efficiency improvements.
