Job summary

Planet Pharma seeks a Senior Operations Manager for Content Excellence to join the CMO on a temporary maternity leave. You will lead operational frameworks that elevate strategic planning, streamline content supply chains, and ensure high-quality execution across key CMO teams and the broader Marketing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years of experience in content operations, marketing operations, or creative project management.

Responsibilities

• Learning Journey Strategy & Delivery: design and deliver learning programs to onboard cross-functional teams.
• Content Operations & Workflow Management: lead end-to-end content workflow governance and alignment.
• Process Optimization & Systemic Efficiency: identify opportunities and design scalable efficiencies for approvals and speed-to-market.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Facilitation: run operational forums and translate requirements into action plans.
• Change Management & Enablement: provide change management, training, and documentation for new content tools and AI enablement.
