Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Content Marketing Lead to drive flagship brand content and ensure broad distribution across owned and partner channels. The role focuses on setting content standards, developing AI-enabled workflows, and elevating TRM's voice across regions and campaigns.

You will work with TRM's experts and leaders to produce high-impact content while coordinating with SEO/GEO teams to optimize reach and performance. Equity participation may be available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B content marketing with flagship POV work
• Strong editorial judgment and standards-setting across teams
• AI-native approach: use AI in research, drafting, repurposing and optimization
• Distribution mindset: plan reach before publishing
• Experience working with SEO/GEO specialists and owning performance of content
• Excellent writer able to distill nuanced, technical topics for diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Create flagship content with TRM's Insights, Policy, leadership and SME teams to establish TRM as an authority on key topics
• Own distribution for all produced content across TRM's channels and partner channels
• Oversee TRM's voice and tone; build style guides, templates, and AI workflows for regional and demand marketers
• Own TRM's blog/Resources hub and SEO/GEO content strategy to move search and AI-citation metrics
