Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Content Marketing Lead for Research & Insights to turn complex crypto and financial-crime research into reports, articles, and campaigns. You will own the proactive editorial plan and drive 1–3 pieces per week using AI workflows across review, drafting, and repurposing.

You will coordinate with the Insights team, Demand Gen, and Comms, shaping narratives, optimizing distribution, and boosting SEO and AI-citation visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B content marketing, editorial, or research-communications experience.
• An AI-native approach to review, drafting, repurposing, and optimization.
• Strong editorial judgment for complex, technical narratives.
• Experience owning content end to end from concept to distribution.
• Ability to translate data-driven material into clear, engaging content using AI.

Responsibilities

• Set the research content agenda and proactive editorial plan.
• Turn research into publishable content at 1–3 pieces per week using AI workflows.
• Shape narratives and use AI to draft variants, headlines, and channel cuts.
• Own distribution across owned, paid, and earned channels with audience targeting.
• Improve SEO and AI-citation visibility; support media outreach with researchers.
