• Experience in content marketing, editorial content development, or related writing/editing role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and editorial judgment; ability to strengthen complex narratives while staying accurate.
• Strong critical thinking, curiosity, and ability to engage with research and ask thoughtful questions.

• Review and refine research papers and insights to strengthen narratives, headlines, and takeaways.
• Collaborate with researchers to identify gaps, challenge assumptions, and tell compelling, accurate stories.
• Independently manage the editorial process from handoff to publication and distribution.
• Maintain publishing schedules and coordinate 1–3 research pieces per week.
• Publish finalized research on TRM's website and develop accompanying social content.
• Coordinate distribution to customers, stakeholders, and external audiences.
• Support journalist outreach and media relations with potential for greater ownership.
