Job summary

Filigran Academy, the learning engine behind XTM One, OpenCTI, OpenAEV, and OpenGRC, seeks a Senior Content Manager to own the full content lifecycle from design to delivery. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate complex material into learner-friendly content and scalable programs.

You will drive structured learning paths and certification programs for diverse learner personas, applying ADDIE and Bloom's taxonomy to ensure measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, technical content creation, or a related field in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to own content end-to-end — from concept and design through production and delivery.
• Strong instructional design foundation focused on learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end content for assigned projects — from learning design through production, quality review, and LMS delivery.
• Design structured learning paths, courses, and certification programs aligned to learner personas and skill levels.
• Apply instructional design principles (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy) to ensure measurable learning outcomes.
• Manage SME relationships across projects with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain production cadence for scripting, media production, review cycles, and publishing.
• Own quality within project scope — pedagogical soundness, tone consistency, and learner feedback integration.
• Contribute to ILT development with the Customer Training Consultant: storyboards and delivery scripts.
• Participate in cross-lane harmonization with peers and the Director of Content Management.
• Track and report module releases, completion rates, learner satisfaction, and content validation.
• Leverage AI tools to boost production efficiency.
• Contribute to team-wide documentation and workflows.
