GMR Group is seeking a senior Learning Content Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of digital learning experiences. You will drive content strategy, collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders, and oversee end-to-end lifecycle from concept to evaluation.

The role emphasizes adherence to standards, analytics-driven improvement, and adoption of new technologies to boost learner engagement and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in learning content management, instructional design, or digital learning.
• Experience with LMS, LXP, and digital content ecosystems.
• Relevant certifications in Instructional Design or Learning Technologies are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate digital content into effective learning applications, ensuring content is relevant and contextual.
• Build engaging learning experiences through structured journeys, pathways, and multimodal content.
• Drive learner engagement through content on technology platforms.
• Conduct content diagnostics to assess effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
• Oversee development of digital, blended, and instructor-led content with SMEs.
• Create storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, job aids, and e-learning modules.
• Implement SEO best practices for all digital content.
• Track learner engagement and completion, measure impact and ROI.
• Coordinate end-to-end content logistics and vendor relations.
