Job summary

FreedomCare is hiring a Learning & Content Administrator to develop a centralized knowledge base, manage the LMS, and create training assets for employees and caregivers. This role blends content development, knowledge management, LMS administration, and instructional design to enable effective learning.

You will collaborate with SMEs, maintain governance, and support training delivery across remote teams nationwide with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in knowledge management, LMS administration, instructional design, or technical writing.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Experience managing SharePoint, LMS platforms, and internal documentation tools.
• Strong writing and editing to simplify complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal knowledge bases, SharePoint sites, and documentation hubs.
• Write, edit, and optimize process docs, job aids, call scripts, and internal comms.
• Oversee SharePoint site structure ensuring content is organized and searchable.
• Serve as LMS administrator: uploads, enrollments, compliance tracking, configurations.
• Troubleshoot LMS issues and liaise with vendors for resolutions.
• Partner with Salesforce team to maintain LMS integrations and reporting.
• Create automated learning pathways, reminders, and certifications for compliance.
• Generate reports and analyze training data to improve user experience.
