Job summary

Filigran, a fast-growing, fully remote cybersecurity company, seeks a Senior Content Manager to own the full content lifecycle for multiple projects within Filigran Academy. You will design, produce, and validate learning experiences, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure technical accuracy and learner impact.

You will work in a remote, async-first environment, partnering with a Director of Content Management and peers to maintain shared standards and scale

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or technical content creation in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to own content end-to-end from concept through production and delivery.
• Strong foundation in structuring learning for outcomes.
• Experience managing multimedia production workflows (video, interactive content, visual design).
• Comfortable engaging with subject matter experts and translating depth into learner-friendly content.
• Highly organized with solid project management instincts.
• Proficient with modern content/LMS tooling (Camtasia, Articulate, Notion).
• Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment.
• Autonomy, ownership, and team spirit.
• Bonus: cybersecurity/open-source or technical SaaS exposure; AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end content for assigned projects—from learning design through production, quality review, and LMS delivery.
• Design structured learning paths, courses, and certification programs aligned to learner personas and skill levels.
• Apply instructional design principles (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy) to drive measurable learning outcomes.
• Manage SME relationships across projects with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Maintain production cadence: scripting, media production, review cycles, and publishing.
• Own quality within project scope—pedagogical soundness, tone consistency, and learner feedback integration.
• Contribute to ILT development with storyboard/storyline/scripts in collaboration with the Customer Training Consultant.
• Participate in cross-lane harmonization—shared style guide, tone/quality bar, templates; co-owned with peers.
• Track and report module releases, completion rates, learner satisfaction, and content validation.
• Leverage AI tools to boost content production and workflow efficiency.
