Job summary

Tubi is seeking a deal-driven Manager, Content Acquisition to lead licensing and partnerships with creators, podcasts, and emerging formats. You will own deals from concept to execution, collaborating with Legal and cross-functional teams, and reporting to the Director of Content Acquisitions & Partnerships.

The role is hybrid in Los Angeles, requiring strong negotiation, relationship-building, and data-driven decision making to grow our creator economy partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content licensing, acquisitions, business development, or partnerships.
• Proven track record negotiating and closing content licensing or talent deals.
• Established relationships within the Creator economy, podcast industry, and/or talent agencies.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and evaluate new opportunities with creators, networks, and emerging partners.
• Structure, negotiate, and close licensing and acquisition deals.
• Lead end-to-end deal lifecycle from negotiation to contract execution and onboarding.
