Tubi is seeking a Senior Manager, Creator Marketing to lead go-to-market strategy for exclusive Creator titles. You will partner with Content, Creator, Marketing, Growth, Social, PR and other teams to bring creator fans to Tubi and expand audiences across 110 million MAU.

The ideal candidate blends strategic marketing, analytics, and builder instincts, turning titles into compelling audience propositions and crafting new playbooks for growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in entertainment/creator marketing.
• Translate a creator’s vision into a clear consumer proposition and marketing strategy.
• Experience with creators, influencers or talent-led content and audience communities.
• Strong analytical and experimentation capabilities for marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategy for Creator exclusives and define audience-first plans.
• Develop differentiated launch strategies with bespoke and repeatable approaches.
• Drive audience portability from creator platforms to Tubi.
• Own marketing strategy from planning through post-launch with cross-functional partners.
• Lead campaign performance analysis and identify drivers of outcomes.
• Develop learning agendas for Creator marketing and testing questions.
• Design and champion experimentation with Analytics, Growth and channel teams.
• Translate insights into action, playbooks, and planning principles for future launches.
• Build a portfolio-level view of performance across priority verticals.
