Job summary

Bottom Line is seeking a Senior Manager of Program Content & Student Engagement to guide student-facing content and the overall voice across resources. You will supervise writers and translators, steer the annual content calendar, and ensure content remains relevant and accessible in our LMS and on regional pages.

You will lead the National Youth Advisory Council, collaborate with Transformation and Scaled Advising, and develop localized content for partner initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6 to 8 years creating and managing content for youth or young-adult audiences.
• Experience managing a content library or digital product and the engagement it drives.
• Strong writing and editing skills for teen and young-adult audiences.
• Comfort directing freelancers and vendors across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own student-facing content and voice across all materials, ensuring a consistent, trustworthy experience.
• Write and edit priority content; direct writers, translators, and contributors to high editorial standards.
• Plan, assign, coordinate, and publish the annual content calendar across audiences and milestones.
• Manage content within the learning management system and across regional pages.
• Recruit, staff, and lead Bottom Line's National Youth Advisory Council; share feedback with the team.
• Develop localized content with partner and grant-specific teams; support educator engagement.
