You will lead end-to-end architectural work, cloud migration, and scalable AI-driven marketing solutions, collaborating across security, data, and product teams. This role offers deep technical influence and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on IT engineering and architecture in content/digital/AI platforms.
• 6+ years in hands-on architect/lead engineer roles.
• 4-5 years backend engineering building APIs, microservices, data pipelines.
• 4-5 years DevOps and AWS cloud infra with CI/CD and IaC.
• Strong full-stack with React/TypeScript and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with AI/ML for marketing and GenAI frameworks.
• Knowledge of IT governance, data privacy, risk, and security.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver solution architectures for content and digital platforms.
• Lead Azure-to-AWS migration and design target AWS architecture.
• Build agentic AI apps for content generation and personalization.
• Drive end-to-end marketing workflow automation and governance.
• Lead DevOps and cloud infra, CI/CD, IaC, container orchestration.
• Ensure platform security, IAM, encryption, and cost governance.
• Lead full-stack and backend engineering including databases and pipelines.
• Integrate platforms via APIs and middleware like MuleSoft.
• Lead PoCs for AI use cases and scale to production.
• Mentor engineers and maintain architectural standards.
• Manage technical roadmaps and CLAD processes.
