Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Content & Digital Experience Capabilities to build and optimize the Web Product and Analytics Engine. You will own front-end features end-to-end, collaborating with product managers, designers, and back-end teams to deliver scalable web experiences.

The role requires strong React/JS skills, Node.js, CI/CD practices, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions while improving performance and accessibility.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years of software development in an agile environment.
• Strong front-end fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• React.js for UI components and SPA development.
• Node.js for server-side scripting, tooling, and API integration.
• Experience with production websites, Git, testing, and debugging.
• Product mindset with emphasis on UX and business impact.
• At least 1 year collaborating on product planning or management.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite) and testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve the web experience platform and CMS integrations.
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible websites and apps using React.js and Node.js.
• Develop reusable front-end components and responsive layouts.
• Implement client-side interactivity and dynamic UI behavior.
• Optimize front-end performance, including images and caching.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Own features end-to-end from development to deployment and monitoring.
• Work with backend/platform teams to integrate with APIs and content services.
• Improve website performance, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Contribute to product roadmap and cross-functional alignment.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge base and documentation.
