Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Content & Digital Experience Capabilities to own web product features and analytics. You'll design and develop front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Node.js, collaborating with product, marketing, and platform teams.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, optimize performance, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and content integrations, driving innovative digital experiences for patients and professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years of software development experience in an agile environment.
• Hands-on HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• React.js for UI components and SPAs.
• Node.js for server-side scripting and API integration.
• Experience with production websites, Git, testing, debugging.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve the web experience platform and content/page updates.
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
• Build reusable front-end components and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business needs into solutions.
• Own features end-to-end from development to deployment and monitoring.
• Integrate front-end with APIs, content services, and CMS platforms.
• Improve website performance, security, and scalability.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Contribute to product roadmap and user enablement.
