Job summary

Amentum seeks a senior Subject Matter Expert to research and update mission/technical training content. You will govern technical standards, lead content reviews, and guide complex course work with cross-functional teams to satisfy government requirements.

You will act as a primary SME, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with ISD, facilitators, and QA teams to ensure accurate lab/scenario content and release readiness across course families.

Qualifications

• Senior technical credibility with sustained cyber work and problem resolution.
• Leadership to guide course-content governance and stakeholder reviews.
• Ability to translate objectives into technical content decisions for Government.
• Experience with version/configuration control and secure handling.

Responsibilities

• Gather and update mission/technical content for training courses.
• Lead technical content governance across course families and updates.
• Review content packages for technical accuracy before Government submission.
• Coordinate with CW/LMS/ID teams to package and version updates.
• Mentor CD1/CD2 staff and lead cross-functional workstreams.
• Serve as senior SME interface to Government stakeholders on decisions.
• Represent technical positions to Government and program leadership.
