Job summary

Amentum seeks a Level 3 Content Developer to research and curate mission/technical content for training courses. You will serve as a senior SME, advise on testing alignment, and govern technical standards across course families. This role requires coordinating with multiple teams to deliver government-approved content and updates.

Qualifications include advanced degrees with substantial experience in cyber domains and strong leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Established senior technical credibility through sustained hands-on cyber work.
• Lead through intent; set standards, identify systemic issues, and drive improvements.
• Mentor technical personnel and clearly communicate risk, tradeoffs, and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Gather raw content for courses and keep content current with evolving tools.
• Review storyboards to ensure content is reflected and technically consistent across modules.
• Serve as SME interface to Government stakeholders for content decisions and approvals.
• Lead technical content governance: set update priorities, standards, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with CW/LMS/ID teams to package updates for Government approval and deployment.
