Job summary

Amentum seeks a Level 2 Content Developer to research, assemble, and update mission/technical course content, ensure alignment with objectives, and maintain tests and labs. You will work with Instructional Designers and subject matter experts to craft realistic scenarios and ensure psychometric validity.

You will engineer non-trivial environments spanning systems, VMs, networks, scripts, binaries, and dependencies; develop and validate artifacts that emulate designated behaviors when required.

Qualifications

• Experience researching and updating technical content for courses.
• Ability to validate currency/accuracy against the operational environment.
• Experience drafting tests and rubrics and SME support.
• Experience building non-trivial environments emulating malware behavior when required.

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate raw content for courses.
• Review storyboards for content accuracy and lab steps.
• Serve as SME on mission/technical topics.
• Draft and review assessments and rubrics.
• Mentor junior staff and lead small work packages.
• Support pilot deliveries and analyze performance data.
