Job summary

Capital One is seeking a content designer within Experience Design to craft compelling, accurate, and accessible digital content across products and channels. You’ll combine craft with customer understanding to co-create innovative solutions for complex problems, leveraging design systems and taxonomy to ensure end-to-end user flows.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in content design or UX writing, strong portfolio, and experience collaborating with product, tech and business partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in content design, content strategy or UX writing.
• Experience with established design systems and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
• Experience in regulated, data-heavy problem spaces is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and co-create innovative content solutions for complex problems.
• Craft accurate, accessible digital content across websites, emails, notifications and chatbots.
