Job summary

6sense is seeking a Sr. Content Designer to shape product experiences through precise, on-brand copy across screens and AI-driven interfaces.

You will partner with Product, Design, Research, and AI/ML teams to craft content that is clear, useful, and scalable—from button labels to onboarding flows and multi-turn AI conversations. The role requires thinking in systems, writing with precision, and enthusiasm for conversational interfaces beyond traditional UI copy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content design or UX writing.
• Conversational design experience with chatbot/voice flows.
• Hands-on prompting / prompt engineering experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX writing with conversational/AI content.
• Comfort working with AI/ML teams and giving structured feedback.
• Strong systems thinking with ability to craft scalable content patterns.
• Excellent editing with voice, tone, and plain language.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally in fast-moving environments.
• Familiarity with accessibility WCAG and inclusive writing practices.
• Experience with Figma, Ditto, localization platforms, and LLM playgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Own content design end-to-end for a product area, from early sketches to shipped experiences.
• Design conversational flows for chat-based and voice interfaces, including multi-turn dialogue and fallbacks.
• Write, test, and iterate prompts and system instructions for AI-generated content.
• Collaborate with ML/AI engineers to evaluate model outputs for clarity, bias, and safety.
• Build and maintain content patterns, voice & tone guidelines, and scalable design systems.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, researchers from discovery through delivery; represent user needs.
• Use qualitative and quantitative metrics to inform content decisions.
• Review and elevate work of other writers/designers; mentor junior designers.
• Advocate for accessible, inclusive, plain-language content.
