Job summary

Karbon is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to guide large customers through onboarding, data migration, implementation and training on our AI-powered practice management platform.

You’ll own the implementation journey, manage enterprise projects, coordinate with executives and teams, and drive adoption with change management best practices, ensuring rapid time-to-value and long-term success.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementations.
• 2+ years of end-to-end technical implementation experience.
• Comfortable managing multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Experience with data migration and workflow configurations.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer implementation journey and plan project milestones.
• Lead onboarding, data migration, configuration workshops, and training.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Support teams.
• Advise on best practices in workflow design and change management.
• Guide customers through adoption and measure ROI outcomes.
• Identify risks and intervene to keep projects on track.
