Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is seeking a Senior Specialist, Consumer Marketing to translate brand priorities into high-quality activations from planning through delivery. The role partners across functions and agencies to use performance insights to strengthen future executions.

You will lead tentpole programs such as BOTOX Cosmetic Day, manage organic influencer workstreams, asset planning and capture, and activation readiness, while safeguarding compliance and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience leading multi-step marketing programs and partnering across matrixed organizations.
• Experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or CPG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned tentpole programs, including BOTOX Cosmetic Day, Double Points, Mother’s Day, through planning and execution.
• Own experiential partnership workstreams with project plans, partner coordination, and activation readiness.
• Lead organic influencer workstreams, ensuring content needs, approvals, usage terms, and deployment plans are clear.
