Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, seeks an MBA Intern for the Commercial Leader Program – Aesthetics. You will join an integrated brand team focused on marketing, combining technical knowledge, analytics, and creative problem solving in a dynamic internship environment.

Based in Irvine, CA, the internship offers hands-on projects across Marketing, Sales, and AMI with rotations and potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited MBA program, preferably with marketing or general management focus.
• Must be enrolled in the MBA program the semester after internship and graduate between December 2027–June 2028.
• At least 3 years of prior work experience.
• Willing to travel up to 15% during internship (U.S. based).

• Assist in sales forecasting and tactical planning for the brand team.

Commercial Leader Program– AestheticsMBA InternshipDescription

As aCommercial Leader Program –Aesthetics MBA Intern, you will work on meaningful assignments that have a real impact on our business and patients worldwide. You will join an integrated brand team focused on marketing, combining technical knowledge, analytical strength, and creative problem solving.

Aesthetics’ worldwide business offers you an opportunity to work in a variety of fields. All internship assignments are different and based on business need; however, below are some examples of potential intern projects:

• Experience a productlaunch by developing relationships, producing tools to help strengthen customer and consumermodelin anticipation of launch.

• Work with an Aesthetics pipeline product and make recommendations on a sales forecast. Recommend strategies that will drive incremental business for the Aesthetics brand team.

• Play a role with the world’s top grossing aesthetics brands, Botox, CoolSculpting,SkinMedica, Juvéderm,DiamondGlow, etc.Provide perspective to the size and scope of the commercial opportunity along the patient journeys.Assess trade-offs for commercial focus fortactical planning considering the commercial opportunity.

• Research internal brands and externalmarketto bring innovative recommendations for marketing strategies (i.e., new promotional and educational materials for key stakeholders, omni-channel marketing strategies).

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited MBA program, preferably with an emphasis on marketing, consumergoodsor general management.

• Mustbe enrolled in an accredited MBA program the semester following your internship and graduate between December 2027– June2028.

• At least 3 years of prior work experiencerequired.

• Willing to travel up to 15% during internship (U.S. based).

Preferred Qualifications

• Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher preferred.

• Demonstrated leadership potential.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Digital marketing experience is a plus.
