Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, seeks an MBA Intern for the Commercial Leader Program – Aesthetics. You will join an integrated brand team focused on marketing, combining technical knowledge, analytics, and creative problem solving in a dynamic internship environment.

Based in Irvine, CA, the internship offers hands-on projects across Marketing, Sales, and AMI with rotations and potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited MBA program, preferably with marketing or general management focus.
• Must be enrolled in the MBA program the semester after internship and graduate between December 2027–June 2028.
• At least 3 years of prior work experience.
• Willing to travel up to 15% during internship (U.S. based).

Responsibilities

• Support marketing projects and product launches for aesthetics brands.
• Develop tools and relationships to strengthen customer and consumer insights.
• Assist in sales forecasting and tactical planning for the brand team.
• Research internal and external brands to inform marketing strategies.
